RS Helmets have partnered with one of the largest OEM helmet manufactures in the world, manufacturing helmets since 1989 for some of the most famous brands in the business.

At our factory we know that quality and attention details matter. We employ some of the most technologically advanced equipment, machinery, and testing methods available. Our product quality is in line with ISO9001:2000, European ECE, CE, and FMVSS 218 DOT Certified.

All of our helmet shells are high quality ABS, lightweight, and high strength. We use a COOL MAX functional liner fabric, which is breathable. The helmet buffer layer is high density EPS to provide maximum buffer and protection. The helmet lenses are high quality PC that have a hardening treatment applied to increase scratch, wear and impact resistance.

We know you have purchase options across a broad spectrum of price ranges, but choosing just the cheapest helmet isn’t the best idea. Look for the DOT label inside the helmet before you buy.
